We started holding sessions during covid times to make sure that we do not only rely on video apps and wanting to push for more in person connections even more. That experience slowly became a habit and we try to hold get-togethers, small or big, with or without new faces as frequent as our energy as well as the ever changing regulations allowed us.
We got to meet more interesting individuals and not just constraining to our industry which was actually the purpose. These sessions became a sharing and understanding of each other's story and the journey they are embarking on. Sometimes, it would also be topic focused with a small group and learning what they see from a different perspective or era.
All in all, these interactions and connections made were valuable and often unpredictable to what it may lead to. Some people call it networking but we prefer to term it - making meaningful connections.
MO Sunday Brunch is the evolution of the above. As time passes, we hope to introduce the very initial concept to a wider audience and partnering with individuals that share the same spirit. Currently held for 2 consecutive first Sunday of the months, the venue is located at the beautiful rooftop bar of Whiteshades, 25 Boon Tat Street. Join us next time for a mini celebration to the first sunday of the month, get-together under the summer sun over carefully selected food and drinks options that's not on the regular menu. Also playing is a curated music list channeling through some vintage hi-fis specially obtained for the session.
